The Nicaraguan government said Wednesday it will respect a final ruling from the International Court of Justice (ICJ) inside country’s long-running border dispute with C . r .. Official government spokeswoman and first lady Rosario Murillo told El Nuevo Diario?the us govenment found?the choice “balanced” which was pleased the judge “has recognized our rights to dredge our?San Juan River.”

The ICJ, based in The Hague, issued its good investment?Wednesday within the border squabble regarding the neighboring countries, which started with a dispute over?a couple.5-square-kilometer wetland area and morphed in a battle of accusations over?alleged sedimentation from the?San Juan River that runs down the border, navigation rights about the river plus an artificial canal built over the wetland area, among other concerns.
